This milestone was a precursor to the establishment of Medstaff Home Health East and West, which continued the tradition of excellence with numerous deficiency-free on-going audits as required by state and federal regulations.

The inception of MedStaff Temporary Personnel Inc. shortly after obtaining his R.N. license demonstrates Mr. Hampton’s ability to identify and fulfill market needs swiftly. Providing essential staffing to over 50 healthcare  facilities, he played a pivotal role in the healthcare infrastructure throughout rural Kansas. The subsequent expansion of MedStaff Home Health, Inc. and its subsidiaries under his guidance is a testament to his visionary leadership and operational acumen.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hampton has not only navigated the complexities of healthcare and business but has also embraced the roles of educator, mentor, and advocate. His diverse licenses and certifications, both past and present, reflect a professional who has continually evolved to meet the changing demands of his fields. As a retired Licensed Real Estate Agent, Insurance Agent, and Nationally Certified Care Manager, and R.N., he has demonstrated versatility and a keen understanding of various industries.
